Appointment Booking
All services require a deposit to secure your appointment upon booking. Without a deposit your appointment date and time is not secured and is still open to other potential clients to book that date/time. Your appointment will be reserved for 24 hours to place your deposit, after 24 hours without a deposit the appointment will be released for other potential booking. Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to other services. A credit card will be held on file for cancellation/no show reasons, please review cancellation/rescheduling policy.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Everyone's time is valued and important, sometimes unexpected things come up that are out of our control, in these cases we ask for the courtesy of giving an advanced 48 hour notice by call or text when needing to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This gives us the opportunity to fill the appointment for other clients who have been waiting eagerly for an appointment and avoid losing out on a day's worth of work.
When an appointment needs to be rescheduled and for the deposit to follow with the new rescheduled date, you must give a 48 hour noticed and reschedule within 60 days of the original appointment date. Any rescheduling after 60 days will require a new deposit. Any short notice (less than 48 hours) rescheduling or cancellations will result in the loss of the deposit and a new one to be placed to book again. Any no shows will result in loss of the deposit, be charged with the card on file the remaining balance and will not be able to schedule a new appointment with us in the future.
Deposits are non-refundable or transferable to other services.
Payments
The deposits will be deducted from your final balance. The remainder of your balance is due immediately upon completion of the service. Payments accepted are Cash, Zelle, Apple Pay/Cash and Credit Cards (additional fee applies). No checks, Venmo, Paypal, or Cashapp.
Refunds
Our services are an investment of time, money, and care on our clients and on our behalf. We will make every effort to satisfy a client’s wishes during the process in our services.
Permanent Cosmetics: being thorough with your approval on the shaping, coloring, and understanding/explaining the state of your skin and body when you come in and take every precautions needed prior to your procedure and provide the upmost proper aftercare instructions to follow when you leave. I am unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed.
After you leave our facility we are not responsible or liable for any mistreatment, improper care etc. of your permanent makeup. If you are unhappy with a service or experience any issues please contact us immediately after your appointment.
Eyelash Extensions: If you are unhappy with a service or experience any issues please contact us within 72 hours of your appointment. We will troubleshoot after care dilemmas diligently. We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed. Please note that this does not bump out your fill maintenance rule and is treated as a complementary adjustment touch up. Anything after 72 hours we are not responsible for any mistreatment, improper care etc. of your lashes. If you choose to wait until your next fill then you are subject to normal fill policies.
All Other Services: We are unable to offer refunds on any services we have already executed as our time, labor, products, etc. have been invested in caring for you and your services. If there are any other issues you may reach out to us for further assistance.
All retail product purchases are final sale.
Be on time
It is very important to arrive on time for your appointment. We kindly request first-time clients to arrive 10-15 minutes prior to your appointment time to fill out paperwork. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment we will need to reschedule as there will not be enough time to do your service nor can we rush or cut this service short, you will be also be charged a late reschedule fee.
If you are expecting to be 5-15 minutes late please give us a courtesy call or text to let us know, after 30 minutes without any notice your appointment is considered as a no show and cancelled.
Lash Extension Clients: When running late it will cut into your lashing time and will only get lashed with as many lashes permitted in your booked time and pay full price of the service. If you are more than 30 minutes late to your appointment we will need to reschedule as there will not be enough time to do your service, you will be also be charged a late reschedule fee.
Under the influence
Do not show up to any appointment services under the influence of any alcohol, drugs, or recreational drugs. By law we are not permitted to service anyone under the influence and will be turned away if you do so or if we have any suspicion that you are under the influence. Your appointment will be cancelled immediately and the deposit will be automatically forfeited, to rebook/reschedule will require a new deposit.
Exsisting Permanent Makeup
If you have pervious permanent makeup from another salon, when booking an appointment with us it falls under as a new procedure booking. Once you've been with us before you may book annual touch ups.
When booking please send in a photo of your current brows in bright natural lighting so we may analyze if you're a good candidate to work over. Please do not book without prior consulting this with us.
Permanent Makeup Touch Ups
Touch ups are not included in the initial procedure price. The touch up is $100 and must be done between 4-6 weeks after your initial procedure which is a crucial session when it comes to having the best healed results to keep your permanent makeup.
Any touch ups scheduled after 6 weeks will increase in price since the permanent makeup can fade more and additional work will be needed to get optimal results. Price increase varies depending on the time frame returned to complete the touch up.
Additional touch up sessions may be required for oily skin, problematic skin, dark pigmented skin, if you had previous permanent makeup, and clients who do not follow aftercare instructions properly. Any additional touch ups for any circumstances after the initial and follow up touch up are additional costs.​
If You Already Have Lash Extensions On
Unfortunately we do not work over other salon's lashes because the products and/or quality of the work would be different. If you are coming in with lashes, you will need to book a removal and then a full new set of lashes.​
Lash Fill Appointment Requirements
If more than 50% of your lashes are detached or grown out it will be considered a new full set of lashes. No exceptions. Therefore book your fills appropriately. If you have a fill appointment booked but have less than 50% of your lashes please let me know in advance before your appointment date (at least 72 hours notice) as more time is needed to be scheduled to do a full set. If you arrive at your fill appointment with less than 50% of your lashes with no advance notice, you will still be charged full price for a new full set and only be able to get lashed as many lashes as I can within that fill appointment time slot.
2 Week Fills: No more than 30% loss of initial set
3/4 Week Fills: No more than 50% loss of initial set
5+ Week Fills: You will need a new full set of lashes. Even if you have lash retention, lashes need maintenance at least once a month to ensure your lashes are happy and healthy. We must remove lashes that are grown out.
If you are missing more than 50% on only one eye you are still considered to be falling under the 50% Fill Rule.
Be careful about very outgrown lashes - these are removed at every fill and do not count as happy lashes that get to a part of the 50% team
No Talking Rule
Lashes: I have a strict policy of no talking during your lash application.
WHY? Talking while in your service can be difficult for me to lash you. A lash application requires precision. Feel free to relax and take a nap. Lash naps are the best! Talking creates small movements, wiggles, and allows fumes to escape into your eyes. Tearing eyes will ruin your service! As well as difficulty and almost impossible to do a proper lash placement and your sets can turn out messy! We both know you want to have the most beautifully done lash set as possible!
Put in your headphones or I have music playing in the background as well. We can catch up and chat at the beginning but once application starts, pop those suckers in or relax/nap.
All other services: All the work we do require precision and tedious fine detail work, talking causes excessive movement which can interfere with the quality and results of your service treatment. We kindly ask you to relax and peacefully enjoy any services being performed on you.
Cell Phones
We ask that all cell phones be turned off or on silent in the treatment rooms. If you are receiving a lash session we ask that you do not open your eyes to check devices until after your session is complete being that I’m using tweezers, adhesives and other items near the delicate eye area and this takes time away from your service and may irritate eyes during and/or after your session.
During your permanent makeup session we ask to refrain checking your phone as we are doing precision work and do not want to take away time from completing your treatment or interfering with the quality of your results.
All other services we request to not interfere or take time away from completing your service or pushing our appointment time frame behind by answering phone calls or texts.
Guests
Due to the nature of our detailed, artistic services, we kindly request that you do not bring any guests with you during your appointment. Boyfriends, girlfriends, husbands or wives, friends, family members, pets and children are not allowed in the studio during your session and will be asked to leave.
